Juno is a platform that brings together new parents and suppliers of premium baby products through a unique new subscription offering. Juno does not own any products, rather, it allows suppliers of premium baby products to offer their products through subscription and earn recurring monthly revenues. In addition to offering subscriptions through its own channels, Juno also plans to launch a white labelling solution to third party merchants, allowing them to seamlessly integrate into Juno's circular ecosystem and offer subscriptions through their own channels while utilising Juno's subscription infrastructure.
With Juno's core offering, parents simply choose the subscription plan that best suits their needs, allowing them to access our extensive product library and choose the products they need for each stage of their baby's growth. When a product is no longer suitable or their baby has outgrown it, parents can simply swap it for something else. Customers and suppliers have a seamless experience through Juno, with Juno responsible for managing everything from customer service to product care. With it's white labelling solution, Juno offers third party merchants the opportunity to offer subscriptions through their own channels while utilising Juno's subscription infrastructure.
Currently, parents have limited alternatives when it comes to sourcing the products they need for each stage of their baby's lives. Baby products are often needed for a very short amount of time and perfectly good baby products often go to waste after a single use as baby’s outgrow them. 89% of parents said that they had perfectly good unused baby products in their home. A more flexible and sustainable way of consuming these products is required in order to meet the needs of the modern parent, and at the same time, reduce waste and Co2 impact of these products on our planet.
Juno's revenue mix will consist of a mix of B2C and B2B revenues. It's B2C revenues consist of monthly recurring revenues from customers subscribing to the different subscription plans on offer. Each subscription plan provides access to different products and categories providing a diverse offering to suit the needs of different customers. Juno also plans to offer subscriptions across new verticals (e.g. books, toys) that will generate additional bolt-on revenue. Finally, Juno expects to generate B2B revenue from its white labelling solution by charging third party merchants a percentage of revenue earned for making use of Juno's subscription infrastructure
